The tool helps the ADB sideload feature that pushes APKs over to the device and issues required commands to install the app.

Installing Multiple Apps at Once on Android

Note: The tool that we are going to be using is only available for Windows, so you need to have a PC running Windows in order to do the following procedure.

  1. Download the Mass APK Installer Tool and extract all of its files over to your desktop or any other convenient place.

  2. Place all of the APKs you want to install on your device in the “apk” folder that you got after extracting the tool. In the example below, I put two apps in the folder for installation – the Apollo Music Player and the Quick Boot app.

  3. You need to turn on the Unknown sources option on your device to let the tool install apps on your device. To do so, head to “Menu -> Settings -> Security” and tick-mark the box that says “Unknown sources.”

  4. You need to enable the USB debugging option as well. It is located in “Menu -> Settings -> Developer options.” Just put a tick-mark in the “USB debugging” box to enable it.

  5. Connect your Android device to your PC using the USB cable that came with it. If you see a prompt on your PC saying it is installing the drivers, then let it do so first.

  6. Double-click on “run.bat” and the tool will launch. It does not require any user-interaction; it will do everything on its own.

  7. When it is done, you should see the apps installed on your device. And that’s it. All of the APKs you put inside the “apk” folder have now been installed on your device, and you can access them right from your device’s app drawer. That was about installing mass apps on Android, what about uninstalling them? Well, we have that covered as well for you.

Uninstalling Multiple Apps at Once on Android

In order to mass uninstall apps, you are going to need an app called “Uninstall Master Uninstaller”. It lets you remove multiple apps at once from your Android device.

  1. Head over to the Google Play and download and install the Uninstall Master Uninstaller app on your device.

  2. Tap on the app icon and it will launch.

  3. On the first screen of the app, you will see all of the apps you have installed on your device. Tap on the apps you wish to remove and they will be added to the Uninstall list. When you are done, hit the “Uninstall” button.

  4. It will then ask for your confirmation if you really want to remove the apps. Hit the “OK” button.

  5. The selected apps will now be removed from your device. It will, however, ask you for your permission for each of the apps you wish to uninstall. You are all done. The apps you selected above should now be removed from your device.

Conclusion

Installing and uninstalling apps one-by-one consumes a lot of time, and the tools above help ease the task by allowing you to bulk install and uninstall apps on your device. It’s a great relief for all the Android users out there!
