The power of a CMS lies in its ability to automate a lot of tedious and complicated task, and that’s what this plugin is about, to automate the generation of sitemap and submission to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Whenever you created a new page, post, category, this plugin will submit a comprehensive index of your site to the various search engines, even without you knowing it.
2. Cforms2
Require a contact form for anything and everything? Check out this CformsII plugin that allows you to create countless forms easily. It has an user friendly interface and is easy to use. This is so far the best contact form plugin I have used.
3. WP e-commerce
This plugin is not for everyone, but if you are dealing with e-commerce site, then this plugin is the best one for you. It provides an easy to manage storefront and integrates well with various payment gateway such as Paypal, Google Checkout and Shipwire. There is a free and paid version. The paid version costs $15 for single blogger and include multiple gateway options.
4. TinyMCE advanced
If you think that the TinyMCE text editor in the WordPress is good enough, then this plugin is going to double that. With this plugin, you get 14 extra functions and also the option to arrange the icons in the way you preferred.
5. Admin-management-xtended
This is a simple, but useful plugin that allows you to manage your posts and pages easily, without the hassle of going to and fro the Manage and Write page. You can now change turn on/off any particular post/page, change the publication date and change the post/page title on the fly.
6. Search Everything
It really means everything. From your posts, pages, comments, categories, tags, excerpts, attachment, what you want to find, you can search it via the Search Everything plugin.
7. All in one seo
This plugin deals with the SEO aspect of your website. All in one SEO allows you to edit Description and Keywords meta tags value.
8. Subscribe2
A simple plugin that allows your reader to subscribe to your post via email. You can configure it to send email on a per post, hourly, daily or weekly basis. In addition, you can also send custom email to all your subscribers. Any plugins that I have missed out?
